Amazing apartment in Marina Del Rey. We're moving abroad, so with pain in our hearts we have to say goodbye to our beautiful apartment in Marina Del Rey at Marina 41 apartments. Our lease expires on 9/17/2017 and we are looking for somebody to take it over after December 20th of 2016. This apartment features; - A very spacious living room - A beautiful balcony with a great view - A spacious bedroom + walk-in closet - Washer and dryer are only 3 doors down the hall - An underground garage parking lot close to the elevator - Only a few minutes away from the beach! The apartment complex has amazing amenities including; - Pool and jacuzzi (available year round) - Fitness Center (gym) - Business Center - 24 hour security - Maintenance service (incredibly responsive, and easy to access trough the internet) The rent is $2,425 per month. On top of that its roughly $75 for general things like: water, sewage, trash and heat. This is included with your bill at the end of the month. You have to pay for your own internet and electricity. As mentioned above, this is a lease takeover. This means that the apartment complex will transfer the lease onto you. We did the same thing when we moved in, and as a courtesy we offer to have the apartment cleaned by a professional cleaning service, so you'll have a totally clean apartment when you move in! Since we are moving abroad, we are willing to sell (almost) all the furniture that we currently have. If you don't want it, that's fine too! Above square footage is an approximation; I don't know for sure how big it is.
