The heating system is very proficent and luxurious, the house has 5 bedrooms and three baths one walk in shower downstairs and a shower and tube upstairs The 3rd bathroom has the washroom off to the side downstairs The kitchen has a side pantry, and all new appliances. Also all bedroom have walk in closets There are 2 main entrances and a solarium for people to wait in, or could be used for a separate office, and in fact I will rent that room out for an office space that will include the connected same size walk in coat room. There is an outdoor hot tube and a large attached screen porch, on the north side of the building overlooking the hoarse farm estate. The garage is also large and has 3 stalls with automatic openers and I will rent with or without the garage. I am very flexible on the price and renting part of or all.
