Very close to Jordan Landing, Bangater Highway, 215 and Mountain view Corridor. I live upstairs and rarely have to go to the mother in law apartment other then to do laundry, adjust the sprinklers (summer time) and change the filter on the A/C and heater (changed once a month). I am quiet and generally keep to myself, but I am around if you need help with something. I prefer someone that isn't a partier and is respectful of the apartment and the quiet, peaceful environment. It has a large patio in the backyard which is shared and has a fully fenced backyard. I have a fruit and vegetable garden. If you want to help take care of the garden and help buy / plant fruits and vegetables for it, we can share the fruits of our labor. The shared garden is one of my favorite features. It has a washer and dryer which are shared (I will schedule a day to do my laundry so I don't have to interrupt you or your space often). There is no pet policy in or on the property (this includes pet sitting), no smoking or drugs allowed. The apartment has new paint and the kitchen is brand new, never used. The kitchen has a fridge, stove and oven, and dishwasher. Power, water, gas, and trash is included in the rent. Internet is not included. I work from home, so I have to be hardwired to the internet and a lot of apps (etc) are not allowed due to it being for work. The basement has comcast ran to it or you can have whatever internet service you want added (besides google fiber). Rent is $1,600 a month. Deposit is first months rent and a $1,000 security deposit, $800 is possibly refundable at the end of the lease/ move out. There is a $45 application to run a background check and check references. Lease options are a 6 month or 1 year. Month to month is available with some changes done to the rent and deposit, please ask about that if that's what you prefer. The unit is available for viewing now. Carpets will be cleaned next week, it will be available for move in on Jan 7th. Text is the best way to set up a day to see the unit.
