After years of family enjoyment, we have decided to pass on our treasure to some other lucky family. A short ride to the beach from Orlando has made this the perfect get-a-way for my family and friends. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Oceanfront condo has everything you could want. It comes fully furnished with sleeping room for 6 guest. The master bedroom features a King size bed and a twin daybed with an extra twin pop up trundle. The en suite master bath has a shower with a sliding glass door. There is also an office area for those who love to work on vacation. The guest bedroom features 2 more twin beds, a dresser and a TV. The guest bath has a tub with a shower. We just updated with a fresh coat of paint, so there is nothing for you to do but unpack. The kitchen has newer solid wood cabinets and solid countertops, a new refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and all pots, pans, glasses, dishes, plates and silverware and utensils stay for you. The living room is great, we spend a lot of time relaxing here, listening to the ocean. We also have a nice screened in patio where we like to visit and play cards if it rains. The balcony is wonderful for soaking in some sun or watching the waves. The best part of this whole life at the moontide is the sunrise everyday. Everyday it is beautiful, unique, and purely amazing. The full moon over the ocean is pretty nice too. The moontide has a great rental program which allows you to live here full time or part time and rent your place for you. The minimum rental is 4 days. You'll want to stay longer. There is a secured underground parking garage for owners and tenants, as well as a second parking garage above it, and a parking area for guest on the shuffleboard/tennis level. All visitors must have a pass. The building doors require a key for access. The fitness room and community rooms are also features you may enjoy while living here. The swimming pool is perfect all year, it is saltwater, which is good for your health, and it's heated in the wintertime. New Smyrna Beach is one of the best beaches in all of Florida. Everyone who visits will tell you the same. If you would like to live the beach life, this is the place for you!
