Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing. Charcoal grills are a fire hazard and are strictly prohibited on the property. Only propane grills are allowed. Discovery of usage of charcoal grill may lead to a financial fine of up to $500 and eviction from the home. The grill is available for a one-time fee rental which includes one propane tank. The pool and spa heating system relies on heat exchange technology and may not function optimally in extremely cold weather conditions. Please allow at least 24 hours for the pool to reach your desired temperature. While the use of the pool and spa is complimentary, activating the heating system will incur an additional fee of $45 per night, with a minimum three-night charge. This fee will be charged separately and is not included in your initial booking. Up to 2 pets are welcome for a complimentary fee of $150 per stay per pet. Weight restrictions apply.
