This large house is on four levels. It has central AC, high efficiency gas furnace, washer/dryer, stove/refrigerator, garbage disposal furnished. Top floor has two bedrooms, both with small closets. Main level has one bedroom, large family room, Kitchen has room for a table with 6-8 chairs and a bath with a tub and shower, the bathroom has a closet. In the closet is a laundry chute to the basement laundry Lower level is a huge bedroom or multi purpose room. Basement has the laundry and a rough restroom with shower. Basement is dry but is only accessible from lower level bedroom or multi purpose room. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit as well as an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking.
