The owners want to rent their property for a minimum of two years and up to a maximum of five years. Applicants must have a minimum credit score of 715. The owners require the applicant to provide at least two positive referrals from previous landlords and/or neighbors. Renters are responsible for all utility fees. No pets of any kind. No smoking on the property. Length of rental: Owners will require a verbal commitment to a minimum of 2 years up to a maximum of 5 years, but prefers to hold the tenancy in a month-to-month rental agreement with both parties willing to provide references that would affirm that each party has a history living up to their verbal commitments, like a 2 to 5 year agreement. No regular parking of any type of recreational vehicles on the property or on the street.
