With a king size bed, window a/c units (seasonal), free trash removal, full kitchen with dishwasher and garbage disposal, laundry in unit and a comfortable living room with sofa and 2 arm chairs, this space feels like home. (We know; we used to live here!) Access to the condo is by way of exterior stairs, which run along the outside of the building. Wear your flats and carry your heels! Keeping with the charm of the brick building, the stairs were designed to resemble a fire escape. While they they may take a little getting used to, we assure you the stairs are sturdy and were custom made. After a couple times up and down, most people don't give them a second thought. Please note the following: - Parking is not included. There are several parking garages and lots within 1-2 blocks that offer monthly rentals. - Mail cannot be delivered to the property. Tenants must acquire a PO Box at USPS (0.3 mi away). - Occasional (2-3/year) access to the roof, via the loft, is needed. 24-hour notice given. Minimum six month lease. All utilities included.
