UPDATE: March 2010: Yes, Zillow is now listing my house with the correct sq.ft., but their price is still being based on their erroneous data from a few years back. A house like this would sell in an hour for $375/ft !! Please compare with similar 3-story brownstones on the block - 420 - 424, for example. Zillow is a nice idea, but can't quite handle accurate pricing of individual properties. And no one except a real estate broker with YEARS of experience can handle this small corner of Prospect Heights. Most lump us in with entirely unsuitable comps, just because they're also in Prospect Heights. -------------- Edit made a couple of years ago ---- Be aware that Zillow has some significant errors regarding this property. Most importantly, they are listing it as 1600 sq ft, but it is actually 2,500. This is why the price is so much lower than those that are truly comparables - 420, for example. Also, this is Prospect Heights, not Fort Greene.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
