I just reduced the selling price well under what it is worth and what I paid for it 18 months ago. The reason is because I qualified as a first time home buyer and received $7500 tax loan. If I sell this house for under what I paid for it, I don't have to pay the tax loan back. Therefore I am passing this incentive on to a potential family by lowering the purchase price this amount. I would rather see a needy family receive this savings rather then the government. You may also quality for the $8000 first time home buyer tax credity, bringing down the cost significantly. 1,300 sq ft, all earthtone colors, 10 foot ceilings, 3 ceiling fans, tile in kitchen and bathrooms, maple cabinets, maple floors in dining and living room, gazebo with electricity, coblestone paths, fenced, fully beautifully landscaped, 20x15 deck with electric awning, gas fireplace and area above ready for big screen television, bonus size garage with overhead storage. Family oriented neighborhood with 2 parks and a Home Owners Association. A must see to appreciate.
