You do go up quite a few stairs, so this is not the right fit for someone with mobility issues. The Room has it's own Mini Split for heating and cooling and a large Mirror, Dresser, TV, Closet, Sitting Area, Desk, Microwave and mini Fridge. There is a shared bathroom on the 3rd Floor and Half Bath on 1st and a full in the Pool House, too. We do have 2 friendly dogs (a 10yr old Golden Retriever and a 4 year old Vizsla), so this is not a good fit for someone who doesn't like pets. Walk to the Wasson Way Bike Trail, Factory 52 Gatherall, Rookwood Shopping Center and Oakley, Hyde Park and Surrey Square. Central location.
