I have a private room with attached private bathroom in a 3x3 with an extra wide parking spot (easily fits the truck). It's a legacy lease so the rent is way cheaper than anything even close to it. Two other Roomates are laid back guys in their 30's. Located in Point Loma / OB. 4 minutes to the beach. I'm currently looking for a place so trying to find out if anyone is interested in signing onboard. Let me know if you have any questions or want more photos.
