She would be living there as well in the basement and the main floor would be a shared living area. Private upstairs area are where the three bedrooms are along with a full bath. There is also a fifth bedroom on the main floor that functions as a TV den/guest room with a pullout couch. It's located near the third bathroom (a half bath), which makes hosting guests easy.
