Hi, my wife and I recently bought a coop and are looking to break the lease on our apartment in Sunnyside. It's a great apartment a close walk to everything in Sunnyside. The apartment is right on the border of LIC, and is just a two block walk to the 7 train at 40th Street. From there it's about 12 minutes to midtown. It's also walkable to Astoria if you don't mind a 15 minute walk. It's a quiet apartment in the back of the building, far from the street (no street noise). Beautiful hardwood floors, the bedroom is a corner so there are lots of light and very airy. The building does allow pets (cats are always fine, dogs are on a case by case basis). We're not brokers but the management company uses a broker to draw up the paperwork and process your application so, unfortunately, there is a brokers fee. Considering the size and location, the apartment is definitely a good deal for the neighborhood. Also, the view out the back window is really nice in the summer (that is ivy growing on the window in the main picture). Very large closets too!
