Your West LA Retreat Awaits Whether you're in need of temporary housing, looking for an extended vacation, or on a work trip, this modern oasis offers all the comforts of home with a touch of luxury. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: GUEST SUITE: A detached guest suite in the backyard adds extra comfort and privacy, featuring a kitchenette, bathroom, desk, TV, and futon. Use it as a fourth bedroom, workspace, or chill zone whatever your trip calls for. GARDENER: Our gardener comes weekly on Wednesdays usually around 3:30-4pm and will be attending to the trees, vegetation, and plants outside in the front of the house as well as the backyard area and by the hot tub. By booking this listing, you acknowledge that we have disclosed this. HOT TUB: The hot tub is serviced and cleaned weekly on Wednesdays between 11am-3pm. During this time, our maintenance person will be enter the property through the backyard area to clean and service it. By booking this listing, you acknowledge that we have disclosed this. PEST CONTROL: We have a non-toxic pest control service that comes to the property once a month to clean and spray the outdoor areas. They will briefly be in the front and back yard areas, but not inside the house. By booking this listing, you acknowledge that we have disclosed this. BEDS: We have two king-size beds in the main house and also a full size bed. There is a futon that folds out into a sleeping space in the detached studio unit. PARKING: You are welcome to park up to two cars in the driveway of the property. If you have additional vehicles, they can utilize neighborhood parking and will need to park in accordance with the posted parking rules. Please note that the dirveway parking is NOT gated. HOT TUB: You are welcome to use the hot tub any time, but noise can't be an issue for neighbors. Instructions for operating it will be sent to you before your arrival. TEMPERATURE CONTROLS: We have a nest thermostat for heating and cooling in the main house. In the studio, there is a mini-split for heating and air conditioning. SECURITY CAMERAS: We have a Ring security camera that records the front door entrance to the house. The camera records outside only and is pointed outside the entrances of the door. PACKAGES: We don't allow packages to be sent that will arrive before you check in. We are not responsible for your packages and are not available to receive them for you. Please do not have USPS mail sent to the house. CLEANING: Maid service is not included in your reservation. The cleaning fee that you pay upon booking covers the cleaning for when you check out; mid-stay cleanings are not included. We can arrange mid-stay cleanings for an extra charge. Please let us know at least 72 hours in advance if you'd like to arrange a mid-stay cleaning. TRASH: Trash collection day is on Monday and someone will come by over the weekend to take the cans to the road for collection. The cans will be brought back in usually by Tuesday evening. Our associate moving the trash can will be accessing the driveway of the property briefly during these times. The lease includes a fully furnished house and all utilities, including access to the hot tub
