    Please bring a flash light, bullet proof vest, armed guard and guard dog and be prepared to call 911. Okay I am kidding about the guard dog. This house is really a mess. I would have had more pictures, but I was in such a hurry to get out of there as I was in fear for my life. This house is not bank owned and not a short sale. The taxes are pretty current and the owner wants it to go away. Title will be transferred via quit claim deed because to be quite honest, there is not enough money to pay closing costs and get the seller a dime. About the house, it is a 2 family, with a full basement. The furnaces have been removed, so you may freeze, but look at the bright side, no crazy gas bills. There is running water, it comes through the basement, free water!! Of course there is not plumbing. This is really great place to live, just ask the rats living there, free tenants. I have taken a class that has taught me to look at the bright side of every situatioon. Is it working?
