The home does need some slight renovations due to previous tenants but overall is in decent shape. The home sits on a little over 2 acres of land with fencing on both sides and back. The home just had a tenant in it. I don't want to be a landlord anymore so there will be some repairs that will be need to be made but nothing to stop someone from moving in immediately. The property has a working septic and well system in place and the property has already been perked. The well system is brand new along with the pump house and pump foundation. The heat pump for the home is about 10 years old. The home also has a full security system in place. Buyer will only need to have it activated if they so choose with Vector Security. The system encompasses 6 cameras in total that can be monitored from an app on your phone. The home is titled under DMV and is NOT deeded with the home. I kept is separate in case I ever needed to move and wnated to put another home there. If a prospective buyer wants to have the home deeded with the land, that will be done at the buyer's expense.
