It needs a little work I need access to the property to be able to finish it while the tenant is in the unit for the first month. Of course with 24 hours notice or even more than that I just need to be able to hire contractors and have them come in and install things like cabinets and dishwasher and things like that. The floor needs to be knocked up some of the tiles pulled up I can leave it and not finish the tile or I can finish it but it's going to be a mess it would be up to the tenant. I need first and last month's rent and a security deposit up front. I don't really care about credit I don't care about a criminal record all I care about is you have income that I can verify with other than a phone number and talking to Bob I need a company a business something listed or a person with traceable connections. Ty. Water included, electric cable and internet tenants responsibility.
