Seneca river is 5 mins from the apartment. There is access to harbor for boats and kayak launching. The tenets have access to swimming pool and tennis courts in the summer. The apartment is available for sublet from March - July. No deposit required. I want to sublet from March - July. But will accommodate of anyone wants to lease from February. Grenadier Village has to approve the tenants before subleasing.
