    This tiny FURNISHED house at 415 Magnolia in Bastrop, TX. will be available for short-term (1-6 months) rental as well as long-term rental (12 months). If it's for a short-term rental, I will be requiring all months plus deposit up front. This itsy-bitsy, teeny-weeny house is renting for $1150/month if you sign a 1 year lease. Utilities, lawn care, and WiFi are paid for by the TENANT with a long term lease. If you want to do a short -term lease of 1-6 months then the rent is $1400/month with utilities, lawn care, and WiFi INCLUDED. ALL RENT PLUS DEPOSIT ARE REQUIRED UPFRONT WITH SHORT TERM LEASES. The house is 18' x 24'. This house needs responsible renters who will pay the rent on time and keep the place up. It's about 450 square feet (kindof like a vacation cabin or tiny home) of vinyl plank flooring with an open floor plan like an efficiency apartment but it's a house (no neighbors directly on the other side of your bedroom wall!). It has a full kitchen with electric stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. There are washer and dryer connections, and the bathroom includes a shower, sink, and; of course, toilet. It has ceiling fans, and landlord provides heaters as needed. A mini-split provides A/C and heat. There is no garage, but there is off-street parking next to the house. Please be aware that the house is set at the back of the lot. Large yard has at least 2 pecan trees and has fencing on 3 sides. For those of you unfamiliar with the area, Bastrop is about 30 miles east of Austin. It's big enough to have a WalMart, HEB, Home Depot, Chili's, AutoZone, Best Buy, etc. Soooooooo, if you just need a place to lay your head at night, this may be the place for you......or you might be building a house and need something cheaper than a hotel......or you're tired of living behind, on top of, or squashed against your fellow-apartment-dweller, but don't need much space.......or you love pecans, working in the yard, getting your hands in the dirt........or you work out of your house, but there are too many distractions, and you need an "office" to go off to.......or you've got pets that need a place to stretch their legs......Or maybe you have a mom, dad, brother, sister, daughter, son, or friend who needs to be close to you but have their own private space... ...any one or all of the above might make this place work for you. Non-Refundable pet fees are $200/pet. As stated above, if this is a short-term 1-6 month lease, then all rents and deposit are required upfront. If it is a long-term 12-month lease, then 1st month $1150 plus deposits ($1150 + pet deposit if applicable) are required before move-in. If you do not have all monies on hand to rent this place, I am unable to do payment plans at this time. I check references-work and rental history. The house is located at 415 Magnolia in Bastrop, Texas. Magnolia runs off of Main and is north of the railroad tracks. Please call or text me at if interested. If you want to see the inside of the house, please call for an appointment as it is currently rented. Please note that this is a FURNISHED house and must be rented as such.
