N Capital Street between 4th and 5th (which is where this house is) is a narrow street, which does not allow for any street parking. So the closest street parking would be a half block away on 4th or 5th. There is no public sidewalk along this property at this point which means you won't have to shovel snow from the sidewalk or pay the city to do it. You may have to shovel snow from in front of the garage after the snowplow goes through, but that's up to you. Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit as well as an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease.
