This unit is on the top floor of a 4 story building with ramp access to the elevator. Our unit was remodeled in 2021 and comes completely furnished. The kitchen is well stocked. This unit is ready to call home for snow birds and mid term rentals. This is a gated community, with access to the beach, which is just a short walk through tree lined paths. A year round on site breakfast restaurant and a lounge serving food and drinks from October until May, when the bar at the beach opens. The property also offers a 24/7 self serve snack shack, for those times when you just need a little bite or beverage. The property is located directly across 17 and walkable distance to Barefoot landing, and Cracker Barrell. We do not live onsite but are on property regularly and have staff and family members that can assist if needed. Video tours available on youtube, tiktoc facebook and Instagram carolinacoastalvibes. Utilities include Water, electric and internet, these are included in the monthly cost. There is no smoking on the balcony or inside the unit. Parking is provided for up to two (2) cars. Guest will be responsible for removing trash, there are multiple dumpsters conveniently located discreetly in the parking lot. Guest will be responsible for cleanliness of the unit. For stays renewing after 28 days a Property manager, cleaning person or other employee will be required to do an onsite check at any renewal with 24 hours notice to the guest. While there is a ramp, and an elevator to access the unit, the interior is not convenient to a wheelchair. Coin operated washer and dryers are on the same floor.
