Heating is provided by the gas fireplace and two floor heaters. The unit has two assigned parking spaces in the underground, gated parking structure. Additionally there are two guest parking passes for the underground guest parking area. Tenant will be required to pay a security deposit. Pet must be approved and proof of flea treatment and shots are required. A $99 non refundable pet deposit and a $40 per month pet fee will be added to the rental amount. Water, sewer, trash, internet and HOA fees are included. Tenant is responsible for electricity.
