The Tenant agrees not to alter the fireplace or attempt to make it operational. 6. PET POLICY No Pets Allowed. The Tenant shall not keep or permit to be kept on the premises any animals, birds, or pets, including visiting pets, without the prior written consent of the Landlord. 7. SECURITY SYSTEM (OPTIONAL) The property is equipped with a security/alarm system. Continued service is optional and the expense of the Tenant. 8. RENTER'S INSURANCE REQUIRED 9.
