The unit is incredibly bright with 11 windows all with unobstructed views of the Flatirons. There is also a 12x12 deck that is southwest facing and has an amazing view. I am looking for someone to share my home. I am 44 and I have a 5lbs Yorkie. The room is very private and the space is separate from the rest of house it's nice having your own space Private room with private bath, hardwood floors, granite counters, & large balcony. Tenant contributes approximately $150 a month towards all utilities which include cable/internet. Month to Month Lease with ability to stay for longer.
