This carpet-free, one-level home features an open floor plan with a living room, dining room, and kitchen. The villa includes five bedrooms: a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and en-suite, a second master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite, a Star Wars themed room with two double beds, a Minions themed room with a double bed, and a Mickey-Minnie themed room with a queen bed. There are four full bathrooms, and the pool is enclosed for your privacy. This villa offers a private pool and access to resort amenities such as a lazy river, slides, and a gym. The open floor plan creates a welcoming space for relaxation and entertainment. Guests can enjoy resort amenities for a $45 fee per household, which includes access to the main pool, slide, lazy river, fitness center, and more. Pool and spa heating is available for $40 per day with a 2-day minimum. A small charcoal grill is provided at no cost, but other vacation gear or propane grills must be outsourced at your own expense. Only small pets or dogs under 40 pounds are allowed with a $150 pet fee per animal, except for legal service dogs with proper documentation. Any damages or extra cleaning caused by pets will be charged. Located just 20 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Universal, and 15 minutes from Sea World, this villa is ideally situated for exploring Orlando's top attractions. Shopping, supermarkets, and restaurants are just a 5-minute drive away. Guests must register at the clubhouse to use resort amenities. Vehicles cannot be parked on the grass, blocking homes, or in non-marked areas due to an active towing policy. Please use the driveway or overflow parking spaces. Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay, but washcloths are not included as they are considered personal items.
