NO Parking on the grass for any reason renter Must have proof of renters insurance at time of Signing of Lease and maintain it during the lease agreement. Rent is Due on the 1st of each month, with a 3 day grace period. Late Fees apply after the 3rd of the month beginning at 12:00a.m. $75 on the 4th and $50 each day there after. At time of Lease agreement the first month's rent of $1000 plus a refundable security deposit of $1500 would be due, if your credit score doesn't meet the qualifications the deposit will increase. A total of $2500 due at time of lease if everything is a green light. The first month's rent will be prorated if the move in isn't the first of the month.
