See additional stipulations below: 1) Within 15 days of a signed lease agreement, the lessee(s) will provide proof of adequate insurance for their personal property and liability insurance for $50,000 during the lease term 2) No unauthorized alterations will be made to the home, including painting, removal of fixed items, and landscaping (outside of lawn maintenance). 3) Lawn Maintenance: The lessee (s) will maintain the outside grounds of the premises in an orderly and safe manner. This includes disposing of pet waste (if pets are allowed) and cutting and trimming the lawn as needed to reflect the neighborhood's aesthetics. A lawn mower and trimmer will be provided if needed. 4) Lessee(s) are to pay for all utilities: gas, electricity, water, garbage, and lawn maintenance for the duration of the lease. 5) Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Violation will result in loss of the security deposit plus damages.
