I am looking for a single-person, quiet, no drama, non-smoker to rent beginning with one month and willing to extend for the winter if all goes well. Quiet well behaved pets are an additional $100 per month per pet. The room is furnished so minimal move in the quantity of possessions is asked. Close to downtown, coffee house, restaurants, 1/2 mile from Acme.There are no visitors allowed. There is a public laundry mat about a block away. There are cameras in the public area (not the room). Owner lives onsite. No excess water or utility usage. No visitors. Pets must be well behaved and quiet.
