I grew up in this house as a child. I am now ready to let the house go. I am slowly fixing the house (as it needs work done). As I fix it I do plan to raise the price. This would be a GREAT fixer upper! This house is for sale as is. Example of what I plan to work on. Redo the front porch, new windows, etc.... Back Yard is big, perfect for having family BBQ's and get together's.
