(Sorry, our landlord is strict on this) About the roommates: You'll be living with two 29-year old women that are working professionals. Both of us work Monday - Friday. I work in park and trail planning and usually work from home on Mondays and Fridays. We are friendly and easy going, but both value alone time, too. We both like to have friends over or small gatherings from time to time, but are typically pretty quiet. Would love to have a friendly relationship with a roommate! About the house: Rent: $1,150/month. Private bathroom with bathtub and shower. Utilities: Electric, internet, and City utilities split 3 ways. Typically, $75 - $120/month/person In house washer and dryer Large shared kitchen with full fridge, dishwasher and stove Lots of garage storage space Beautiful deck with views of North and South Table Mountain, Lookout Mountain, and Clear Creek Canyon. 15-minute walk to North Table Mountain trails, 20-minute walk to downtown Golden, easy access to Clear Creek Trail and Tucker Gulch Trail.
