My roommate Sara and I signed a lease for 416A North Beech but we need a pair of roommates, 2 single roommates or a group of 4 to take over the entirety of the lease!! Spacious rooms, each with their OWN BATHROOM plus another 1/2 bath downstairs. 4 Bedrooms, 4.5 Bathrooms, kitchen, living room, GARAGE, and a LARGE backyard with a deck! Some appliances INCLUDED such as the washer, dryer, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. Sara and I have the rest. The deck is perfect for grilling and hanging out with friends in the summer. PLUS, due to the garage and driveway you wont have to worry about parking on the street! Across the street there is a sand volleyball court and you just have to walk to the end of the street for the green bus and across the street for the blue! It is less than a 7 minute walk to the inside of Millett so it is right near campus and only a short walk from uptown!
