Edenmoor Apartments is a multi family community with 1, 2 &3 Bedroom units. We are income based. All rents are calculated at 30% of the households income; less allowances as they apply. All of our units have recently been remodeled to include ALL new cabinets, wood flooring, carpeting, appliances, including dishwashers and garbage disposal, We have lovely faux wood blinds throughout as well. Our property is beautifully landscaped with rock beds, trees and a variety of beautiful plants. We are in walking distance from shopping, movies, and all area schools, as well as a city bus stop just down the street. We have indoor laundry facilities and mail boxes for each building, as well as conveniently located bike racks for each building. We also have a playground for the children. We pay water and garbage; tenants are responsible for electric and any cable, internet or phone service. We have onsite management, maintenance M-F as well as an afterhours phone for emergencies. We are Smoke Free, Drug Free, and sorry we have a "No Pets" Policy.
