Our GROSS INCOME REQUIREMENT is $4550/mo or greater (3.25 x the rent). Proof of income is required. FINANCIAL INFORMATION: Rent..... $1400/mo under an open-ended, month-to-month rental agreement. Owners pay for trash pick-up. Tenant/s pay for all other utilities. Available June 1st. REGARDING ANIMALS: One pet is allowed. Only pets under 15 pounds will be considered. Owners must approve of your pet. Pet deposit is $250. NOTE: We have a very detailed, legally binding contract. The following information is part of the rental agreement. 1. Tenant/s must carry renters insurance. 2. No smoking of any substance, and no vaping anywhere on property, guests included. 3. Tenant/s must maintain yard in the same condition it is in upon move-in. 4. Off-street parking is offered for vehicles that are fully operational with a limit of three vehicles at any given time. Non-operational vehicles will be towed. 5. Tenant shall not have a trampoline, piano, waterbed, or other liquid furniture on premises. 6. Bicycles are not allowed inside the house. 7. RE: Business enterprise. Tenant may conduct business activities on the internet, but in-person business transactions may not occur on the property. 8. An active, Zillow screening report must be provided.
