The upper level includes a bedroom with a full bed and twin over twin bunk bed, another bedroom with a queen bed with private entrance to a shared bathroom and private balcony, and a shared bathroom. The common area includes a sleeper sofa. Key amenities include a propane grill, propane fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, a drip coffee pot, crockpot, blender, and electric hand mixer. A Pack-n-Play is available, but please bring your own linens. WiFi is also provided. The resort clubhouse, golf course, and other services and fees are not included with your reservation. Parking is available with two trailer parking lots. Located in a mountain town, this home offers access to hundreds of miles of snowmobiling and ATV trails right from the front door. The nearest grocery store, Sam Patch Co, is about a 6-minute drive away. For fishing enthusiasts, Henry's Lake is about an 11-minute drive, and Island Park Reservoir is about a 10-minute drive. The West Yellowstone Park entrance is approximately a 27-minute drive. Nearby airports include Idaho Falls Regional, about a 1.5-hour drive, Bozeman Yellowstone International, about a 2-hour drive, and Jackson Hole Airport, about a 2.25-hour drive. This condo does not have air conditioning, but you can utilize the blinds, ceiling and floor fans, and crisp evening mountain air to help keep the home cool. No fire pit is available, and no sleeping bags or air mattresses are allowed. Camping in RVs, tents, etc., is not permitted. Pets are not allowed, with no exceptions. No events are allowed, with a maximum occupancy of 10 per local ordinances. Roads in this mountain town may have dirt roads and potholes due to traffic and rain, with slow speed limits. In winter, 4-wheel drive, snow tires, and high ground clearance are recommended in snowy conditions. WiFi is provided for your convenience, allowing you to stay connected during your stay. A laptop computer is not included.
