The things I love about this townhome are its easy access to interstate 4 and 75, the mall, Tampa Airport as well as proximity to downtown Tampa and the abundance of area attractions too. Many claim that their neighborhoods are quiet and full of tranquility, but Sable Point is the real deal. Upon passing the entrance gate I immediately begin to feel more relaxed, and I am sure you will too. With sidewalks and areas to walk a dog this is a great place to call home. Add in friendly residents with a refreshing pool and it is darn near Utopia. The layout of the kitchen that incorporates a bar with a nook for the table is ideally designed. The dining room easily will seat six for evening meals and there will still be social interactions possible with additional guests either in the kitchen or the living room. Such a smart design in my opinion. The cozy living room is a wonderful spot to unwind and catch up on Netflix shows. The surprise heading up the stairs is the bonus room. Let me tell you, it lives up to its moniker. It is HUGE! I really love the space. But the surprises do not end there as stepping into the master bedroom reveals that it easily could fit a king size bed if needed. The connected bathroom is more than able to accommodate my needs in the mornings. On the opposite side of the bonus room, you wouldn't think that a second bedroom would be as large as the master but this one surely is. Guests or family will find it pleasing and spacious and will eagerly look forward to staying there for visits. An additional full-size bathroom is situated between the second bedroom and the bonus room. I forgot to mention there is also a half bath downstairs too.
