There is one full bathroom for occupants of said bedrooms which comes with two sinks, and a full shower/tub but tenants can use full bathroom located downstairs if needed but not designated to occupants. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor of the home. Tenants will have access to common areas such as kitchen, dining and home theatre. There will by plenty of street parking right out front. *each bedroom is individually available (total of two) Minimum 1 year lease, no smoking in the home, guests cannot stay more than two consecutive days without landlord approval, small caged pets may be allowed upon landlords approval.
