This beautiful fully furnished casita has WiFi, nice size bathroom, closet, and room, has microwave and nice size fridge, and a computer desk and nice size bed. With new flooring and nice paint job. The best view of the home. No parties no smoking no drinking alcohol and no parking on street after hours of 11pm -6am security patrols around those times. Need someone who is responsible and respectful. Visitors okay just let me know in advance. No one is to stay only person renting. This is a month to month rental.
