We have been renting this adorable little home since October and absolutely love it. However, one of our roommates is relocating for work and we are unable to stay. We are so sad to leave. We are helping our landlady (Anna) fill the home, because we adore her. Move in date is not set. April 15th is our goal, but no later than March 1st.The neighborhood is in a great location. It is VERY close to HW50 (5 minutes), Sac State (8 minutes), and stores (3 minutes to Savemart, Taco Bell, Subway, Shell, Chase Bank).The kitchen, dining area, and entry way all have hardwood or tile floors. Central heating and air. Dual pane windows. Dishwasher and refrigerator included. There is a lot of storage space in the house and a very large garage with shelves. The garage also has hooks to hang bikes. One of the other perks is all of the large windows. We were always able to get a breeze and plenty of natural light. The living room has a fireplace and high ceiling. The large, covered back patio is great and the yard is a good size. My dogs were very happy! Also, Anna and her husband do not mind if you make changes to the garden. We just planted two new trees and started a vegetable garden in a raised planter box.If you are interested, please contact me.
