Roommate wanted for three bedroom two bath condo in the Clairemont Village Square complex. The room is available whenever you are ready to move in. There are plenty of nearby restaurants, stores, schools such as Mesa College and USD, and easy access to the 805 and 163. The unit is 1200 ft with a large living space and large kitchen. Your room can be furnished or unfurnished (bed, sheets, towels, living room furniture, kitchenware, etc. can be provided but feel free to bring your own!). There is street parking on Genesee and Mt. Alifan Drive. The unit is ~20 steps away from the laundry room and even closer to the pool. Sign-on to a 12 month lease is preferrable, but I am willing to discuss a month to month arrangement if 12 month isn't possible. Minimum of 6 month sign on is preferred. Preferably no smoking inside, we do have a patio. The only monthly bills are electricity and internet which total about $50 per month.
