The building owners Mother also lives onsite and she can be very helpful. The owner pays for heating, water and snow removal. Renters set up their own accounts with HEA and pay their own electricity bills. Usually around $50 to $60 a month, depending on your usage. Absolutely no smoking in the apartments. Loud, disruptive or unruly tenants will not be tolerated.
