This apartment is on the ground floor of a house, having an 8' sliding door opening onto the back yard. While technically a studio, the bedroom area is on the leg of an L, keeping the main space open for living, dining, and kitchen. The bedroom area has a long clothes closet on one side and a general storage closet on the other. Also included are washer and dryer. There is a coat closet in the entry area. Water, sewer, and garbage collection are included in the rental price. Electricity and any other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. This is a relatively quiet location and just one block from the #4 bus stop. Please note, there is an existing tenant so, while theoretically any day is possible to view the apartment, you must make an appointment and I must first get permission from the tenant. I realize that's inconvenient but I think you would expect the same if you were the current tenant. IMPORTANT: you are welcome to submit a zillow application but you will still need to fill out my application (reasonably short). My application and the rental agreement are available upon request. First month, last month, and security deposit are to be paid up front (can be apportioned over a few months). Water, sewer, garbage are included in the rent. Electricity is to be paid for by tenant, as well as any other services procured by the tenant. No smoking inside. Pets require an extra deposit. Please ask to see full agreement.
