This is a 3 bedroom house being rented out as a 2 bedroom 2 bath as one bedroom is mine and will not be rented. Comfortable queen size bed in the Master with it's own bathroom. The second room has a double bed and the bathroom is across the hall. It is a beautiful home and a comfortable stay. This is my home and I rent it out furnished while we travel and work other places. 1 approved pet is allowed, absolutely no smoking. All utilities are included with in reason. If the utility bills become unusually high, you will be expected to pay an additional charge. Thankfully, it has not been an issue. This is rented as a 2 bedroom 2 bath house. No access to the garage and 3rd bedroom. This is a family neighborhood, parties are not allowed. Lease duration is 3 months to start and monthly there after. This is not a yearly lease as it is my only home and we will be back. The longest duration will be 9 months. Parking is in the driveway. Keeping the backyard in good shape is required. The gravel has been set up for a shed eventually. It is not to be played in or used as a bathroom for pets. There is not a cleaning person, it is the responsibility of the tenant to keep the house clean inside and out.
