Guests driving "oversized vehicles" (from SUVs to pickups) may have issues fitting comfortably for units 1-3. Any additional community parking spaces would have availability on a first come first serve basis. 1 month deposit is required, along with completed zillow application with credit check. A VAC lease agreement will be prepared by our staff at Salt Water Real Estate here in Carolina Beach in advance of your stay for accepted applicant(s). A cleaning fee of $280.00 for a post "move-out" deep clean will be included in the move-in calculations. The building is non-smoking building and non-pet friendly. Only one vehicle per unit.
