We have both 1-bedroom apartments and 2-bedroom apartments. The 1-bedroom apartments are 901 square feet and rent for $995/month. The 2-bedroom apartments are 1190 square feet and rent for $1250/month. We do not allow pets. Owner pays for Louisville Water/MSD and trash pick-up. Tenant pays for LG&E, internet, cable/satellite, land-line.
