I am not putting up pics of the apt, as there are scammers stealing pics and putting them up as their own scamming people. If you would like to see the apt, you can schedule a time with me to look at it. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. Tenant is to keep property clean and undamaged. Pets are allowed, but there is a non refundable pet deposit of $200 and $25 per month per pet. Tenant is to change the furnace filter each month and to change batteries in smoke alarms when they start to beep. Tenant is also to keep the carbon monoxide detector plugged in at all times. Tenant is also responsible for keeping the yard clean of trash.
