I'm moving in with my boyfriend and my roommate would like to buy a condo. We'd like to transfer our lease for a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment (1,195 sq ft). The lease ends on June 30th, 2018, but can be extended. The apartment is located in the Lurican which is less than a ten minute walk from the state capitol and State Street. It's also a two minute walk to Capitol Centre Market (which is open 24 hrs) if you want groceries. The building is right across from Domain apartments, but has way more space and costs less. (This is the only apartment open in the building, it's sold out for the year.) If you only need a room for one person, my roommate is willing to stay until the lease is up. She's a young professional and is awesome/clean/etc. - I wouldn't leave her if I wasn't moving across the country. Rent is $1,125 if you include my heated, underground parking spot or $2,250 if it's two people & two parking spots. If you don't need the parking spots, rent would be around $150-$300 less. There's 2 bathrooms, a washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, and a deck. DirectTV/internet/water/hot water are all included in the rent.
