With the unit facing north-south, the unit stays cool through most of the summer months. The kitchen was renovated in 2021 and all of the expected appliances are new (stove, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher). The floor and walls feature handmade ceramic tile and granite countertops. The cabinets are soft-close, and custom-made of birch wood. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer. The central heater and water heater (purchased within the past 5 years) are located here. There is ample cabinet storage space. In 2023, an A/C and Heater mini-split heat pump system was installed, cutting our electrical bills by one-third. The average bill in the winter is $100 and summer is $70.
