APPLICATIONS PENDING SKI LEASE "Agate Bay Ranch" This property is available for a WINTER SKI LEASE for a minimum of 4 months starting as early as December 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027. RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: *$2,900/month plus utilities *Entire balance for the ski lease will be due upfront. *Natural Gas and Electricity accounts to be transferred into Tenant's name for the entire lease term and paid directly to the service provider by Tenant. *$425 a month total for the fixed utilities. This amount a month pays for the water/sewer, trash, keyless entry and cable/high speed internet service along with any on-time expense (damage plan, booking fee, utility transfer fees).
