its a nice fixer upper which is what i was planning on doing i had started filling in the groves on the walls to begin painting but now im moving on and selling it. the bathroom floor will need replaced as its caving in due to the bathroom sink over flowing. the whole flooring inside the house will need to be replaced one day as there are some holes in the sides but there not bad as of right now, the kitchen faucet will need to be replaced as it drips all day everyday even when its off. the trailor is owned and lot rent is 343$ a month. normally all bills such as water and electric is around 550$ a month.
